Legal notice

Publisher, publication director and host of workflaws.com.

Version in force as of 6 August 2026.

This is a courtesy translation. Workflaws is published from France and the binding text is the French one: mentions légales. Where the two differ, the French version prevails.

The information below is published under article 6-III of French Act no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy. It supplements the terms of sale and the privacy policy.

1. Site publisher

The site workflaws.com and the Workflaws service are published by Vincent Galard (EI), a sole trader operating under the business name Powerloop.

  • Registered establishment: 30 avenue de l'Europe, 86000 Poitiers, France;
  • Registration: Poitiers trade and companies register, number 881 670 657;
  • SIRET: 881 670 657 00025;
  • VAT: VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (intra-EU VAT number: FR75881670657). The prices shown on the site are therefore the amounts due, with no tax to be added;
  • Contact: contact@workflaws.com, or the contact form on the site.

2. Publication director

The publication director is Vincent Galard, as publisher of the site.

3. Hosting

The site and the service are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany — www.hetzner.com. The Service's data are hosted within the European Union.

4. Intellectual property

Everything making up the site — structure, text, visual identity, logotypes, illustrations, screenshots and source code — is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of the publisher, except for items belonging to third parties and used with their permission.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, without the publisher's prior written authorisation, is prohibited and may constitute infringement within the meaning of articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Short quotation with attribution and a link to the site remains free.

Content uploaded by customers to their workspace remains entirely theirs, on the terms of article 11 of the terms of sale.

5. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data carried out by the site and by the service, its purposes, legal bases, retention periods and the ways to exercise your rights are set out in the privacy policy.

The marketing site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookie, and therefore carries no consent banner — there being no cookie that would require one.

6. Terms of sale

The terms applying to taking out a subscription — plans, prices, trial period, billing, term, cancellation, right of withdrawal and warranties — are set out in the terms of sale.

7. Reporting unlawful content

Under article 6-I of the Act of 21 June 2004, any manifestly unlawful content hosted as part of the service may be reported to contact@workflaws.com. A report is most useful if it states the date of the finding, the address identifying the content, and the reasons why it should be taken down. The suspension arrangements that apply are those of article 13 of the terms of sale.

8. Governing law

This site is governed by French law. The rules of jurisdiction applying to disputes about subscriptions are those of article 19 of the terms of sale, which preserve a consumer customer's option to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
